Thank you for saying so, but honestly it's just the decent thing to do. I don't see how anyone can purposefully put any kind of interruption in content they're claiming is for relaxation or focus. It's like putting bugs in a carton of orange juice, like, what? 🤨

That's awesome, I'm glad it's so effective! 😄 And yes, other people have reported hearing birds. However, this noise was generated on a computer and there are no bird recordings in it. Hearing birds in green noise is an example of auditory pareidolia, a phenomenon where the brain interprets random sounds as something more familiar, like voices or music. It's similar to seeing shapes in clouds or faces in inanimate objects - but don't worry, it's very common.

No difference. UA-cam's algorithm favors live streams, so it's a way for me to make sure my work gets as much exposure as possible. Very silly. 😋

@@DJGrossman Not silly at all, you’re a smart young man. I always go in and click on your videos as soon as they show up on my feed and give them a thumbs up and I try to comment, even just to say hi, to try and help out. So you think the ads still will play on the live feed as well?

@@BlingyBea Thanks! As for ads playing, I couldn't say. A very small number of people still get ads during the live streams, which is ridiculous because UA-cam tells me I have to actually click a button exactly when I want to insert an ad... and I don't ever click that button, so... 🤷‍♂ You might try it one time and see if it goes well. If you get an ad during the live stream, I just don't think UA-cam is safe for you. I don't know how they decide who's going to get hit with an ad on ad-disabled content, but it seems that if it happens once, it will continue to happen.

It IS scary. I have no idea why anyone at UA-cam thought it would be a good idea to have that kind of thing happen, but here we are. Even in the live streams sometimes, where I am [supposedly] required to manually press the "Insert ad" to show an ad at any given point. In your case, since it seems your number is up, I would definitely look into other platforms until UA-cam assures us that this has been fixed. Or, if you can afford it and believe you'd get value out of it, UA-cam Premium is another potential solution. Oh, and thank you for the kind words about my voice! 🥰

I'm sorry to hear that. I wish audio like this could help everyone, but you're right that it can't fix everything. I'm not a doctor and can't offer actual medical advice, but personally, I have found that a very small amount of Xanax (alprazolam) helps me when anxious thoughts just won't stop spinning around and nothing else is working.
